2. Rusev - "Roar Of The Lion"
If you weren't watching NXT in 2013, then you missed the humble beginnings of Alexander Rusev (yes, he had a first name back then). He used to come out in little more than a loincloth with no shoes. He'd break wooden blocks that sometimes had the names of his opponents on them.
Funnily enough, he met Dolph Ziggler all the way back then in an NXT ring. These were the days before Lana. Rusev's first theme "Bulgaria" sounded like a better fit for William Regal or another British star with its ceremonial feel, but it was alright enough at the time.
However, it couldn't accompany Rusev over to WWE, not when he was repackaged as the America-hating, Russia-supporting (even though his Bulgarian roots weren't hidden) beast with his manager and mouthpiece Lana.
He needed something ominous, something that strikes fear into the hearts of his opponents before they ever see him. "Рев на лъвът" or "Roar of the Lion" does just that. Orchestral and urgent, this song could double as a soundtrack for a Russian army marching down the streets of Moscow.
