Ah No Holds Barred, the first of WWE’s many top quality, instant classic forays into cinema...

Several years after his famous cameo in Rocky III and well into his immensely successful Hulkamania run in the then WWF, Hulk Hogan starred in this forgotten gem of D-grade cinema. The character of Rip has a good deal in common with the Hulkster’s 80s wrestling persona. Over the top at all times and constantly presented as the most noble hero wrestling’s ever had, Rip does battle with evil TV execs and an ex-con turned lazy-eyed wrestler called Zeus.

Zeus would later somehow manage to step out of the screen and into reality, feuding with Hulk Hogan in the WWF. Sadly for Zeus, becoming real disqualifies him from this list.

While Hogan would frequently lay the beatdown on his dastardly foes back in the day, he never does it as ridiculously as Rip does. Between destroying an entire arena and frequent attempted killings and kidnappings, Rip really has it rough before vanquishing Zeus via what might’ve been murder.

Say what you will about the quality of Hogan’s acting chops, they were definitely not forgettable.
