10 Greatest Fake Pro Wrestlers In Movies

7. President Camacho (Idiocracy)

WWE Zeus

The future President of the United States, Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho is not only the second-smartest man Earth has to offer but also a critically-praised porn star and former Ultimate Smackdown Champion. That’s one hell of a resume.

While Mr President (the 2nd pro wrestler president after Abe Lincoln) has retired from wrestling by the time we meet him, old habits die hard. Every one of Camacho’s speeches and proclamations have more in common with the likes of The Rock and Randy Savage than JFK or FDR. Although he has stepped away from the ring to run America, we do get to see him dismantle a flamethrower-armed chap by the name of Beef Supreme with a single shoulderblock.

Mike Judge’s dystopian comedy satirises the worrying concept of humanity getting consistently dumbed down with each new generation. Not a hit in cinemas back in 2005, it has gained a considerable cult following in the years since. For Terry Crews, it provided an earlier example of his priceless comedic abilities. Funnily enough, Crews himself also holds some quasi-wrestling experience, having performed as T-Money on the late 90s series, Battle Dome.

John Cunningham hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
