10 Greatest Real-Life Wrestling Twins
5. Harris
Ron
and Don Harris portrayed many characters during their nearly 20-year career,
working for every major promotion. They started in Memphis as the Bruise
Brothers, two identical giants with caveman hair and bad attitudes, and
steamrolled through Smoky Mountain Wrestling (managed by Jim Cornette) and ECW.
Then
they signed with WWE in 1995 for a short-lived stint as the Blu Brothers,
managed by Uncle Zebekiah (modern-day Zeb Coulter). They found greater success
in 1997 as 8-Ball and Skull, part of the skinhead biker gang Disciples of
Apocalypse. Then they jumped to WCW as Gerald and Patrick – a play on beloved
stooges Gerald Brisco and Pat Patterson – the suited-duo known as Creative
Control.
They
ended their career in TNA, joining Vince Russo’s Sports Entertainment Xtreme
faction and later partnering with Traci Brooks against Phi Delta Slam.
