10 Greatest Strongmen In Wrestling History

6. Mighty Igor Vodik

From the antediluvian world that was the 1960's AWA comes Mighty Igor Vodik! Igor's gimmick was that he was an unsophisticated Polish dude who loved kielbasa and LOVED ALL THESE FANS.

He was kind of a yokel, but he was also supposed to be superhumanly strong, and would perform strongman feats to illustrate that. Not, like, modern strength athlete feats, like circus strongman feats; breaking cinder blocks over his head, bending iron bars, etc.

Igor's strength won him the love of the AWA fans, but also a one week world title reign in 1965.
