Heymans content is more on point, his delivery more crazed with passion, but this this was the pipebomb heard around the world, the promo that made Punk one of the biggest stars in the industry. The impact of this worked-shoot promo almost cant be overstated. Not only did it instantly get Punk over as a main eventer and almost turn him babyface overnight (after the most creative heel run of his career), but it was instrumental in bringing back a significant contingent of lapsed wrestling fans bored with WWEs product until then. Youve all heard it.
