3. Rowdy Roddy Piper Shaves Adrian Adonis Bald (WrestleMania 3)

After a lengthy sabbatical in 1986, long-time troublemaker Piper returned as a babyface, largely on ceremony. Fans had missed his antics, and hailed him as an ornery hero upon his comeback. He soon after clashed with garish and corpulent cross-dresser Adonis, who replaced Piper's Pit with his own gabfest called The Flower Shop. After weeks of simmering barbs between the two, Adonis, along with Bob Orton and Don Muraco, attacked Piper, breaking his leg, and leaving him in a heap. Weeks later, on one leg, a vengeful Piper staggered out and destroyed the Flower Shop set with a baseball bat, screaming obscenities all the while. A hair-vs-hair match was signed for the largest WrestleMania to date, which Piper vowed would be his wrestling swan song (heh). In a wildly-abbreviated match, Piper put out Adonis with the sleeper, shaved his head with Brutus Beefcake's help, and headed west for Hollywood to thunderous cheers.
