7. Billy & Chuck

The bromance that blurred the lines and almost got rid of the B. This was undoubtedly the closest bromance in WWE history, as Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo came together to experience great success and what should have been a long life together. Chuck proposed to Billy, and the wedding was on.

Of course it wasn't a wedding wedding, more a bromance wedding, but still. For a brief moment Billy Gunn was relevant again and Chuck Palumbo was more popular than he had ever been before. The duo won tag gold on two occasions and was actually voted the PWI Tag Team of the Year for 2002.

The bromance between these two didn't last long, but by jove was it an intense one.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
