Irwin R. Schyster wasn't just an evil tax accountant. He didn't, like, come out and present charts and graphs explaining why current tax statutes were not stringent enough. No, his problem was psychological and quite deep-seated. He didn't want to force people to pay higher taxes so he could pocket the difference or something. He had the pathology of a serial killer, convinced that all taxpayers were fundamentally bad people, trying to lie and cheat at every turn, and he was in the right for exposing them for what they were.

In this vignette, IRS begins genially enough, explaining -- accurately -- the correct way to claim a deduction for charitable donation. He then goes way out there, screaming about how charity is a sham and the only reason anyone does it is to profit. It still doesn't explain why he decided to become a guy that wrestles in slacks, but it adds a bit of dimension to his character at least.
