The man who will become the record holder for both cumulative days and number of reigns. With Jericho now living it up in AEW, it is only a matter of time before the ever-spiteful WWE has The Miz add a couple more Intercontinental wins to his resume. In fairness, Miz deserves his place in history for the way he has silenced countless naysayers over the past decade.
Around the time of his famous Talking Smack promo, Miz had been on a mission to make the IC belt feel meaningful again. He largely succeeded; whenever he carried the title to the ring with that overconfident demeanour of his, a little more prestige returned to a belt that had been around the waist of Ezekiel Jackson and a very different Drew McIntyre than we know today in previous years.
Miz may never get the same recognition as his contemporaries on this list - even if he goes on to successfully cash in Money In The Bank a second time at some point in the coming months - but the performances he's put on to restore some of the shine to this title shouldn't be underestimated.
