10 Hilarious Times WWE Stars Parodied Other Wrestlers

6. CM Punk Impersonating Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy's career has been blighted by personal issues. He's frequently battled drug addiction and alcoholism, and these problems have interfered with his work life, getting him released just as a main event push was occurring (remember that 2002 ladder match with The Undertaker for the WWE Championship?). He's also battled injuries aplenty, halting his second WWE main event push in 2009. These issues played right into the hands of CM Punk. Notorious for his no-nonsense, straight-edge lifestyle, Punk used Hardy's addictions to fuel the fire in their rivalry, garnering plenty of hate from the fans in the process. It wasn't until Hardy was written out of the WWE to recover from a long list of injuries that Punk was able to fully gloat about how superior he was to the Charismatic Enigma, using his sobriety as a form of mockery against Hardy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WC6iLl26vpg After Hardy had departed in September 2009, his music blared out of the Titan Tron during an episode of Smackdown, and out came the dark, mysterious character that fans had known and loved for all these years. Unfortunately, it was just Punk in costume, and once he got to the ring, he delivered a scathing promo that criticised Hardy's lifestyle, appearance, and entire career. Brilliantly, Jeff's brother Matt came out and tore Punk apart, engaging in a feud with the Straight Edge Superstar of his own.
