Remember late-2019/early-2020 when Erick Rowan carried about a mysterious cage for a while? Then, unless you've successfully blocked it from memory, one Drew McIntyre found out there was a giant spider inside and squished it. Man, latter-day Vinnie Mac WWE creative really was the drizzling sh*ts.

The spider end game was on par with Rowan's own crappy plan though.

Y'see, the ex-Wyatt Family man wanted to put actress Jyoti Amge in there and carry her around instead. If you're not familiar with Jyoti, just know she's the world's shortest living woman. Some readers might remember her from episodes of American Horror Story around a decade or so ago too.

Erick thought it'd be heartwarming if he cared for Amge and protected her from harm. Fair enough, but where would things lead from there? Hopefully, a burly, sword-toting Scotsman wouldn't have squashed her like he did with the fake spider. It's safe to say things like that in 2024; the angle is old news, so nobody's giving WWE's writers any ideas.
