4. John Hennigan/Morrison

John Morrison Fitness It came as a big surprise when the artist formerly known as John Morrison elected to let his WWE contract run down towards the end of 2011 and ride off into the sunset, telling fans that he was simply taking some time off to let his body heal, before coming back better than ever. On most occasions, when wrestlers say those sorts of things, they're not gonna' be seen for a while, and that once again proved true with John Hennigan. Since leaving WWE, hennigan has made appearances throughout the independent circuit, and recently started appearing for Lucha Underground as Johnny Mundo. WWE fans will remember his flashy in-ring style, and this writer can't fail to recall his amazing WWE Intercontinental Title match with Rey Mysterio on an episode of Smackdown a few years back. There's been a lot of talk online that WWE would like to re-introduce a bunch of former roster members who can piece together solid matches, and Hennigan is a prime candidate for that position. Who knows where his head is at - Hennigan also felt slighted at what he felt was ill-treatment from WWE towards his longtime girlfriend Melina, who lost out on a Wrestlemania payday due to the promotion booking reality TV star Snookie. Would the guy even be interested in coming back to WWE? If he is, that's something the group should jump all over.
