10 Huge AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 Predictions You Need To Know

4. FTR (c) Vs. Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal

Double Or Nothing Jeff Jarrett
AEW

There are few builds better on this entire card than the latest unlikely Jeff Jarrett success story and the fight over AEW's Tag Team gold.

Maybe none, in fact.

From a division that otherwise looks barren comes a story rich in action, comedy and potential heartbreak for the Champions if they can't keep special guest referee Mark Briscoe on side and the cartoonishly fiendish heel squad at bay.

Jarrett using Jay Lethal to try and manipulate Mark was a hoot down on the farm but genuinely gripping when the two sides hit the ring and the ROH icon inadvertently ate a piledriver from Dax Harwood. Karen Jarrett's shocking debut provided yet another addition to the entourage that will look to double down on this miscommunication, and seeing the endearingly dastardly heels get their comeuppance - and Jarrett yet again fail to hold AEW gold - will make for one of the most enduring moments of the night.

Winners - FTR
