10 HUGE AEW Double Or Nothing Predictions You Need To Know

7. Aja Kong, Yuka Sakazaki & Emi Sakura Vs. Hikaru Shida, Riho & Ryo Mizunami

AEW Double Or Nothing
AEW

One of the key points made in All Elite Wrestling's initial Jacksonville press conference was the promotion's apparent openness to collaborating with other groups. There are several examples of this throughout the Double Or Nothing card, but this joshi trios contest best fits the description of what Cody and The Young Bucks were talking about.

This pure showcase bout features six of Japan's finest. Aja Kong is a legend by any definition of the word and still an effective mauler 32 years into her wrestling career. Her first partner, Emi Sakura, is another veteran of the Japanese indie scene, while Tokyo Joshi Pro's Yuka Sakazaki's charisma will take her far in this continent. Elsewhere, Hikaru Shida is equal parts fierce and fast, Riho is one of the joshi scene's most beloved up-and-comers, while the hard-hitting Ryo Mizunami brings a more bruising style to her table - one that should balance Kong's bluster nicely.

Expect an eye-opener, particularly if you're unfamiliar with the workers. There's no way they won't at least try to blow the roof off on Saturday night.

Winners: Kong, Sakazaki & Sakura.
