10 HUGE AEW Revolution 2021 Predictions You Need To Know
6. Face of the Revolution Ladder Match
Cody Rhodes, Scorpio Sky, Penta El Zero M, Lance Archer, and Max Caster are the confirmed entrants thus far, with at least one entry to be kept open for a reported surprise debut. This probably won't be anyone as big as Paul Wight's promised surprise and is likelier to be somebody like Ethan Page, who is currently a free agent after leaving Impact Wrestling. Former PWG and DDT standout Mike Bailey could be another option provided his five-year ban on competing in the United States has already elapsed (it's due to sometime this month).
The winner gets a TNT Title shot. This should give Darby Allin a hot singles match after transitioning out of the Team Taz/Sting storyline, which he needs. It's time for Allin to put the TNT Title back on the map as while the Sting deal has amped up recently, it feels like the belt has become a second thought, despite popping defences against Brian Cage and Joey Janela.
Rhodes, Archer, and Sky have all either held or fought for the belt already. It feels too early for Caster to take the W and the surprise entrant's chances depend on who it is. This leaves Penta, who'd make a fresh, exciting Allin opponent in a big TV main event, and deserves the spot.
Winner: Penta El Zero M
