10 Huge Matches For WWE SummerSlam 2016

3. The Undertaker Vs Chris Jericho

The Undertaker and Chris Jericho are two of the longest-tenured main-eventers in WWE history, but their paths have never crossed in a major one on one match. With The Undertaker coming to the twilight of his career (he's reportedly told people his match with Shane is his last, although that seems unlikely), there's not much more of an opportunity to book the contest.

There's also a built-in storyline for the bout. Despite losing to The Undertaker at WrestleMania, Shane McMahon looks to be continuing his presence on WWE television. Perhaps, after months of doggedly pursuing Vince, he can once again get a chance to win control of a WWE brand.

This time, though, both men will select a proxy - Vince will pick Chris Jericho and Shane will take Undertaker, who has yet to get revenge on the elder McMahon.

Once again, fans will be invested in Shane's attempt to win influence in WWE, and his newfound alliance with The Undertaker brings their feud full circle.

Jericho, meanwhile, is gold as a heel, and a program with the McMahons and Undertaker would be a great use of the still-excellent Y2J - not to mention how great the match would undoubtedly be.
