TakeOver has rarely allowed main roster stars on to its beloved stage, but Kevin Owens' exhilarating WarGames appearance last November foreshadowed the (somewhat welcome) reality of it becoming a more regular occurrence in this brave new era of the black-and-gold brand being part of WWE's weekly television offering. But how exactly will Charlotte Flair figure further into things?

In all likelihood, if she's there at all, it'll be to finally simplify what has thus far been quite a tricky build. Flair hasn't confirmed exactly who she'll face at the 'Show Of Shows' despite all the signs point to her...pointing at a sign whilst looking at Rhea Ripley. That's perhaps the biggest tell - if that mammoth pirate-themed monstrosity is hanging above the Portland ring, she'll simply walk out after the match and clarify what could have been saved for more of a surprise, answering Ripley's challenge from several weeks ago.

An attack and brawl isn't entirely out of the question, but the company can't really afford to give that away considering that this will likely be filling time on two shows.
