2. Sasha Banks Vs. Bayley
Banks and Bayley both turned heel in the latter half of 2019, Banks on RAW taking out Natalya as Bayley slashed and destroyed her signature wacky, inflatable tube men on the blue brand. Speculation of another turn and feud between the two emerged as Bank was bookies favourite to win the 2020 Royal Rumble. That was until injury threw a spanner in the works.
Despite the rumours of dishonest intentions, Banks assisted her best friend in defending her title as Bayley returned the favour, helping Banks become RAW Women's Champion. Later, they held all the gold, winning the Women's Tag Titles for a second time.
With 'Two Belts Banks' becoming 'No Belts' after Payback, and failing to retain their Tag Team Championship, Bayley unleashed a sudden, vicious attack on her partner, using a steel chair to injure Sasha's neck. The following week, Bayley explained that she was using Banks, as 'The Boss' was doing to her. She then regarded her former best friend as "useless to her."
An emotional Banks made it clear on the 18th September edition of SmackDown, whether as best friends, tag partners or as opponents, they are "nothing without each other" and threatened to take the one thing that Bayley loves.
