10 HUGE WWE Fastlane 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

7. The Usos Vs. The Miz & Shane McMahon

The Miz and Shane McMahon's programme has unexpectedly done wonders for both after looking by all accounts like it would knacker each man as part of the Becky Lynch/Nia Jax November face-breaking butterfly effect.

WWE moves so fast presently that the entire furore feels like it took place years ago, but a quick reminder of how things made it here for those that have already forgotten - the injury sustained by Becky Lynch removed her from a Survivor Series battle with Ronda Rousey. Keen to over-deliver on the lost main event, Vince McMahon booked shocking AJ Styles/Daniel Bryan WWE Title switch just days before the show to tee up a Bryan/Brock headliner and the 'YES Man's heel turn. This robbed 'Shane-O-Mac' of his rumoured WrestleMania opponent and aborted what appeared to be his heel turn in the process. As the losing SmackDown finalist in Saudi Arabia's World Cup, The Miz was instead slotted in, forming a union in the process that few believed would get over enough to make the match mean anything.

But they have, and it will, and all credit to them for it. Miz' hometown crowd appears the perfect place for the 'A-Lister' to pull the trigger, too.

Winners - The Usos
