10 HUGE WWE Royal Rumble 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

8. 2019 Women's Royal Rumble Match

Your writer is not one of those that believes Becky Lynch should or will fight her way into the Royal Rumble after some sort of cheap loss to Asuka, not least because #30 entrant Carmella is neither preliminary or punchline enough to have her place in the match taken by 'The Man'. If anything, Lynch's absence from this match gives heavy favourite Charlotte Flair bragging rights than can be easily challenged ahead of a WrestleMania showdown.

There's sometimes nothing wrong with a predictable winner following through on their promises, particularly with a character such as 'The Queen'. Reborn as a confident tweener since battering the f*ck out of Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series, Flair's swagger has returned and will help carry her through the battle royal all the way to WrestleMania.

How Becky Lynch gets in too - and Becky Lynch must get in too - becomes a nice problem for WWE to tackle, but there's no shame in giving Charlotte yet another slice of women's wrestling history to add to her mammoth collection.

Winner - Charlotte Flair
