10 HUGE WWE Royal Rumble 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

7. Brock Lesnar Vs. Finn Bálor

Finn Balor, Demon Balor
WWE

Second in the main card running order in this column in line with where it should go on the show itself, Brock Lesnar's Universal Title match with Finn Bálor will hopefully mirror the outstanding efforts by 'The Beast' against Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles rather than his lumbering bores with Kane, Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns.

Bálor slots more in to the former than the latter in terms of size and stature. This should hopefully motivate Lesnar to give his best safe in the knowledge that the smiling man in front of him isn't any threat to his spot at the top of the card IRL, and Universal Championship in kayfabe. The two can clash again on another day, but the manner of the defeat will play a key part in Finn's near future.

A wretched 2018 can be about-faced in near-record time if he reclaims the prize he never lost on Sunday. Failure is an option at the Royal Rumble, but it's not ideal. Not that this match will be his only chance to win the big one.

Winner - Brock Lesnar
