3. Bayley (c) Vs. Lacey Evans

Bayley expressed her concerns with the success of her heel character on the record this week, and as refreshing as it was to hear a troubled WWE Superstar approaching their life and role with some introspection, it might have foreshadowed the near-future of the SmackDown Women's Championship.

Could Lavey Evans finally send a Horsewoman to the glue factory?

Her babyface turn, in direct contrast to the switch the other way by the former 'Hugger', has gone over rather well. She earned some "Lacey" chants on her first night as a face, but the Southern states locale was blamed/praised for the reaction at the time. It transpired that these remarks were grossly unfair - Evans has sustained the positive responses and used her already-over Woman's Right to claim a clean non-title win over Bayley at her first attempt.

WWE don't always like to repeat the feat in the match that actually matters, but 'Sassy Southern Belle' assuming control of the gold for the Road To WrestleMania might somehow give the entire division the shot in the arm it desperately needs. It's near-impossible to fantasy book a programme if Bayley stays put.

Winner: Lacey Evans
