10 HUGE WWE Super Show-Down Predictions You Need To Know

2. The Shield Vs. The Dogs Of War

The Monday Night Raw programmme between the two trios took a genuinely interesting turn with two weeks to go before their first major six-man match.

Both The Shield and The Dogs Of War opened up doors of dissension, with a title-less Dean Ambrose stirred into anger by the heels before they turned on their own by (correctly) identifying Dolph Ziggler as a “weak link”.

As satisfying as it would be to see both Braun Strowman and Drew McIntyre steamroll through ‘The Show Off’, the money in this particular angle sits nestled in one of the pockets of Ambrose’s unszipped flack jackets.

His potential heel turn is one forecast by many since his dramatic August return, but WWE have shown restraint ahead of most likely delivering it sometime on the officially-branded Road To WrestleMania. That’s not to say they can’t sow seeds on an Australian excursion.

If the former ‘Lunatic Fringe’ takes the fall for his canine collective, it throws more fuel on a fire the heels have aimed to stoke for weeks. An Ambrose loss here leaves substantially more to work with creatively, particularly if this feud absolutely has to continue.
