10 HUGE WWE Survivor Series 2017 Predictions You Need To Know

7. Raising The Bar

Despite Vince McMahon's long-held (and tight-fisted) bias against a doubles division, tag team wrestling on the main roster has thrived on 2017's main roster in much the same way it thrived over the two preceding years on NXT.

Though American Alpha and The Revival spearheaded the movement in Full Sail, their own growth and maturation processes have been hampered by booking and broken bones respectively. In their place, main stage stalwarts The Usos and The Bar have driven a renaissance of their own.

Dominating SmackDown Live!'s tag league in breathtaking battles with The New Day, Jimmy and Jey made their heel turn work so well that they're now more over babyfaces than they were before. Sheamus and Cesaro are headed in an identical direction having gone rogue themselves to facilitate dramatic wars with The Hardy Boyz and a pre-Shield reunion Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose unit.

What's generated such positivity from the stands for the once-stale quartet has been a string of incredible matches without an end in sight. Combining the star power of a main event with the thrills and spills of (what should be) a cruiserweight clash, the top teams have stolen shows throughout the year, and will look to do the same on a loaded card.

As babyfaces on a brand that'll need the win, The Usos will have their hands raised. But merely the quality of the match itself will be yet another cause for fans to celebrate.
