10 HUGE WWE The Horror Show At Extreme Rules 2020 Predictions You Need To Know

9. Apollo Crews (c) Vs. MVP

Apollo Crews isn't going to look like the second coming of Razor Ramon when he holds both secondary titles aloft following a victory over MVP that will allow him to sport the brand new United States Championship belt for the very first time.

Back in 1994, 'The Bad Guy' had to right a wrong claiming back what he already owned against Shawn Michaels. Here, under the cloud of the ongoing global b*stard, Raw has conspired to book a programme featuring a babyface that couldn't make it to the shows and two heels that'll take him on one pay-per-view after another.

The match should be fine, but the totally transparent booking to stretch a Crews/Bobby Lashley match to SummerSlam (or worse, a third hour Raw bore) undermines how much drama the thing can realistically summon. It'd be hard enough to garner interest on a regular show, but with the other "horrors" elsewhere on the card, the task is to ensure it's just bland rather than offensively so. Not least with yet more of the same to come from the red brand...

Winner - Apollo Crews
