10 HUGE WWE TLC 2020: Tables, Ladders & Chairs Predictions You Need To Know

3. Drew McIntyre (c) Vs. AJ Styles

Somebody within WWE thought that f*cking Miz "Nightmare Before TLC" segment was good, and not the type of horrific destined to chase viewers off before the first commercial break, let alone first match.

It was doubly stupid as well, because the AJ Styles/Sheamus post-match angle was yet another intriguing wrinkle in the 'Celtic Warrior's relationship with Drew McIntyre. The Champion wasn't there for his mate, and the beating Sheamus took meant he couldn't be there when Drew faced a battering of his own later that night. Tension. Intrigue. Good pro wrestling booking.

But more on that when Sheamus gets the Royal Rumble shot. Back to the f*cking nursery rhyme. It kept Miz and Morrison in the conversation for later that night, as they will be when AJ Styles spends twenty well-fought minutes trying to fool you that he's not a lame duck challenger. Don't bet against the 'Phenomenal One' and the reigning WWE Champion managing it too, but if Miz doesn't cash in after McIntyre's survived this, when else would he possibly think it worth bothering??

Winner - Drew McIntyre
