10 Hyped Wrestling Rematches That Sucked

Where: WWE Judgment Day 2002

Why It Sucked: Hulk Hogan's best matches in 2002 came against The Rock, Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar. Others, vs. Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker dropped into mediocre territory, and that's kinda' sad considering they were framed around Hulk's first WWF Title reign since the early-90s.

'Taker and Hogan had wrestled before at Survivor Series 1991, but any fans hoping that a much-changed 'Deadman' would be able to improve on that match with his aging counterpart would end up disappointed. Their Judgment Day 2002 repeat was an outright disaster and proof positive that Hulk needed someone to carry him.

The Undertaker, surprisingly, wasn't up to the task. Judgment Day's main event came across as a lame WCW World Title showing from late-1999, and that is not a compliment in the slightest. Hogan failing to jump for 'Taker's chokeslam summed up the pain.

Maybe these guys just didn't have chemistry either? Nah, they just had a crap match.
