"Holla, holla, holla!"

While many fans might groan a little as Theodore "Teddy" Long is introduced in the modern wrestling landscape, and has no idea what's going on, it's impossible for them not to get a little excited whenever this vibrant personality enters the fray. His tenure with WWE has been full of joy and respect, and sending hate towards this loveable authority figure would feel wrong.

Teddy Long built his career over many decades and has played a tonne of valuable positions within the business. He started as an errand boy, then became a referee for Jim Crockett Promotions, and advanced from there, joining the then WWF as a referee, manager and eventually authority figure.

When Long was acting General Manager of SmackDown, he was clearly having the time of his life. The man would strut out to the stage with his iconic theme music, and give the crowd a good time as he danced and was genuinely upbeat. Still, he knew when to tone it down and get serious.

His always positive vibes could have been annoying, but he felt so real, as the figure clearly loved his job and wanted the fans to love him. Anyone who hates on Teddy will be punished by going "one on one with The Undertaker!".
