An area where AEW is already leaps and bounds ahead of WWE is the use of their social media (and especially their YouTube) presence. The "Being The Elite" and "Road to..." series have been tremendously to this point. AEW knows that they need to keep constant good content flowing to their fans, and they have delivered. But with October quickly approaching, how will television change their approach?

A weekly television show will likely take a large amount of the angles and segments we've seen and incorporate them. So where does that leave their various YouTube channels? They can't simply abandon them all together, but their best content needs to exist on TNT. Therefore, we may see a shift in the type of content we see.

Dark matches, interviews, and behind the scenes clips all seem like the obvious choice. But of all the companies that could reinvent the wheel with this, it would be AEW. They have built their brand off of this platform and will want to continue that way. Expect to see some creative new directions for how the YouTube product will develop. They need to keep all of the advantages they have over WWE, and their presence online is one of their best.
