Cody has been vocal about providing health care to the workers, but this has been largely just talk to this point. This isn't something that can really be practical at the opening of the company's doors, but they need to get this right eventually. With Alberto El Patron (formerly Del Rio in WWE) stating his new company Nacion Lucha Libre promising health insurance to his wrestlers, wrestler's rights seems to be a driving force in the resurgence of the independent wrestling scene. If AEW can do this it will be a huge win for not only the company, but also their brand. They can't afford a heel turn this early.
