There are so many divas in NXT that deserve a lot of praise for their performances in 2014. A case could be made that the top five divas in NXT are just as good or better than the top five divas on WWE's main roster. That's because women like Sasha Banks are currently NXT only performers that clearly have what it takes to become a bigger deal on the main roster. Paige might be the more celebrated 22 year old diva on WWE's roster, but "The Boss" Sasha Banks deserves a lot of praise for how great she has been in such a short amount of time. Banks has the right kind of heel persona that gets her noticed by everybody whenever she's in the arena. She comes off as cocky, but has also improved so much in the ring that she has been able to back up her words. What is eye catching about Banks right away is her on screen presence. She really looks like she belongs as a wrestler. She's not the biggest woman out there, but she has star power. That' probably why WWE signed her when she was just 20 years old. Banks is set to challenge Charlotte for the NXT Women's Title at "NXT Takeover: R Evolution" on December 11 and it's likely she'll get the win too. A call up to the main roster in 2015 is likely as well although if she stays on NXT that would be fine because the women on that show are given more of a chance to show their all around skills.
