10 Impulse Reactions To The First EVER Empty Arena WWE Raw

1. And That's The Bottom Line...

Stone Cold Steve Austin Becky Lynch

Stone Cold Steve Austin seemed to enjoy hitting all four corners even with no crowd to pose to, and joyously blew himself up in the process. It was probably worth him getting used to getting f*cked - he was about to be by the material.

'The Rattlesnake' had a load of cue cards lined up to explain to us the viewers exactly what 3:16 Day was. The material was crap, but we weren't here to judge...Byron Saxton was.

Through the medium of weird utterances and giant scorecards, Saxton started indiscriminately grading Austin's missives to foreshadow him getting his inevitable Stunner after all of the wretched lines were delivered. They were and he did, and it was okay-ish.

Not even Becky Lynch's arrival to share a beer with Austin could elevate the scene to the end-of-term insanity SmackDown offered a few nights prior. The bloom, predictably, came off the Performance Center tapings rose about half way through this broadcast. Now all they have to do is...this, again. And again and again, and call one of them WrestleMania.

Things can only get weirder.
