Memorable ring attire can make a WWE Superstar. Whether donning the basic black trunks of a 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin or all the pomp and circumstance of a 'Macho Man' Randy Savage, a wrestler's kit is essential to making their character connect with the WWE Universe. Yet in the scripted sports entertainment world of WWE, with its numerous vignettes and backstage segments, what a wrestler wears outside the squared circle is often equally important.

Designed to showcase a WWE Superstar's more personal side, these non-wrestling outfits are an attraction all their own. They offer a tantalizing glimpse into your favourite wrestlers' fashion choices and life after dark. And what a glimpse at that!

Like Goldust running down 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper with a Cadillac at WrestleMania XII, these non-wrestling outfits demand your attention. Once seen, they can never be unseen. They may dazzle, they may shock, but rarely do they disappoint. In fact, WWE's idea of "civilian" regalia will likely inspire discerning viewers to make a few wardrobe changes of their own. Wrestling fans be shopping!

Now, for the benefit of those with flash photography, here, in all their unabashed glory, are 10 of the most incredible non-wrestling outfits worn by WWE Superstars.

Ted DiBiase's 'Million Dollar Man' gimmick boasted several iconic vignettes in which the arrogant superstar flaunted his wealth around hardworking Americans. By mocking the less fortunate through his use of cold hard cash, DiBiase acted as WWE's embodiment of 1980s Wall Street excess.

DiBiase was insufferable in his own right, yet his personal assistant, Virgil, played a key role in developing the 'Million Dollar Man' character. In fact, the usually stoic Virgil was capable of stealing the spotlight in his own right.

When DiBiase conspired to bribe his way into a packed restaurant, Virgil was there to hand over the cash and intimidate the maître d', and he did it in style to boot. Sporting dress pants paired with a skintight grey vest that made his muscles practically burst, Virgil looked absolutely incredible - like a million dollars, no less.

With Virgil's chiseled physique and icy stare in his corner, it's no wonder the 'Million Dollar Man' enjoyed a private table while those waiting in line jealously looked on. Decent help pays for itself.

Virgil's quiet demeanour was the perfect foil to DiBiase's brash nature, and his wardrobe easily gave the 'Million Dollar Man's' a run for his money. Few could rock a vest like The Meatsauce God.
