7. Trent?

Don't let the question mark fool you, Trent Beretta's talent is undeniable.

The former Dudebuster has been plying his craft for 17 years now. Despite considerable acclaim in recent years, he has been underrated and underused by just about every promotion he's ever worked for.

Athletically speaking, Beretta is a natural fit for the wrestling ring. His offence is slick and well-timed and he has the explosive agility one needs to be a great high flyer. All the way back to his days on WWE Superstars, Beretta has been wowing audiences with his creative, high octane ring work.

Through his teams with Rocky Romero and Chuck Taylor over the years, Beretta has shown his expertise in crafting worthwhile tag team wrestling psychology. His work with Taylor has also been a perfect showcase of Beretta's comedic chops, adding a colourful flair to his on-screen persona in the process.

The main issue preventing Beretta from realising his full potential as a wrestling superstar right now is his health. After spending the start of 2021 on the shelf, Beretta made his triumphant return in March. Unfortunately, his injury woes worsened and he's been out of the game due to neck fusion surgery.

While the severity of the procedure he went under this year is alarming, it reportedly went well and he should make a full recovery in time. Hopefully, when he finally does come back, he can remind the world of his exceptional all-round talents and garner the praise and push he deserves.
