"The Panama City Playboy" Adam Cole is on WWE's radar. He has to be. He's arguably the top singles independent wrestler on the planet and has achieved all kinds of success in the business within the past year. He has won the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla "Battle of Los Angeles" and became their World Champion while also becoming Ring of Honor World Champion after winning a grueling tournament. The amount of trust that strong independent promotions have put into Adam Cole to come up strong in big situations is astonishing. At just 25 years of age, he's more than ready to make the next step in his pro wrestling career. As more talent is brought to the main roster from NXT, it would be surprising to me if WWE doesn't sign Cole to a developmental contract. With the success of other talent that has been in a similar position in the past like Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn and Daniel Bryan, Adam Cole will no doubt get his chance to shine. The biggest question is when. When will WWE pull the trigger and bring this bright young star into the biggest pro wrestling company in the entire world? It's only a matter of time.
