10. Tommaso Ciampa
"The Sicilian Psychopath" Tommaso Ciampa had a brief stint in WWE developmental in 2007 at Ohio Valley Wrestling. This was very early in his career during a period of time where WWE was starting to transition away from OVW. After being released, he made his way back to the independent scene where he has worked hard to develop a gimmick and unique in-ring style. Right now, he is a contracted member of the Ring of Honor roster and has been for nearly 4 years. During his run in ROH, he has had a solid run as ROH Television Champion and has competed in some high profile matches. He was ranked #67 in the PWI Top 500 Wrestlers of 2014. In 2015, more doors should open for Ciampa and I'd expect him to ascend into the Top 50. At just 29 years of age, he is about to enter the prime of his career and WWE would be smart to sign him to a development deal sooner rather than later.
