10 Interesting WWE Facts About Brock Lesnar In Madison Square Garden
4. 0-For-MSG On TV
It probably doesnt surprise anyone to find out that Brock Lesnar won the vast majority of the 10 MSG matches he competed in, emerging victorious seven times. But what might surprise fans heading into Saturday is that Brock has never won a televised match at Madison Square Garden. As previously mentioned, Lesnar lost his WWE Championship at the 2002 Survivor Series in MSG. He also lost a televised Smackdown match and another bout at WrestleMania XX. All of his victories came in house shows or dark matches. It seems strange that Lesnar was one of the biggest stars in WWE during his initial two-year run with the company, yet he never had his hand raised on camera. You would think that WWE would want to have one of its biggest stars stand tall on the big stage in New York City, but it never came to pass. That of course could and should change on Saturday.
