10 Killer Wrestling Debuts

1. Outsider's Edge

The formation of the New World Order definitely has to go down as one of WCW's greatest moments, if not the best moment in the promotion's history. When Hulk Hogan dropped a leg on Randy Savage, joining Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, the entire industry sat up and took notice, but there were special things happening even before the Bash At The Beach. Scott Hall's shocking first appearance on an episode of Nitro caused a stir, but it was when Kevin Nash made his first showing on WCW TV that things really started heating up. Standing tall behind Eric Bischoff, Nash stated that, "WCW is where the big boys play? Well, we're not here to play!", which is still a terrific line. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rzktes4Tfwc Challenging everyone from Hulk Hogan to Randy Savage, these outsiders wanted a fight for the power of WCW, and the insinuation was that they were in WCW on behalf of the WWF. Even just with one promo, Nash and Hall managed to have everybody talking, even though the loudest words (whether or not they were actually still working for McMahon, invading WCW) went unspoken.
