Without doubt, WWE must wish they'd never created the 'Katie Vick' character. Given that the girl was supposed to be deceased, she obviously never appeared on television. Despite this, Vick has become one of the most infamous examples of poor taste in pro wrestling history. To this day, the entire angle is one of the most absurd that the WWE creative team are responsible for. In 2002, the promotion were interested in pushing the envelope. For that very reason, they introduced ideas such as 'Hot Lesbian Action', which could also be considered for entry onto this list. The fact that Triple H flat out intimated that Kane tried to make love to a corpse on Raw takes the proverbial biscuit, however. Worse yet, 'The Game' was filmed wearing a Kane mask, in one of the most regretful segments on Raw ever. Simulating sex with a mannequin that was said to be Vick from years prior, Triple H (pretending to be Kane) entertained few with his actions. Over night, WWE were hit with numerous complaints from people watching. This was a crass attempt to cause controversy, and did nothing for Triple H, Kane or their feud over the World Heavyweight and Intercontinental Titles.
