3. Vince McMahon - Blading

Of the multitude of invisible rules prescribing the on-screen actions of WWE's performers, "Do as I say, not as I do" is the most important with which to comply. Although he likes to lead by example, take Vince McMahon's actions as tacit permission at your peril; he stands above his own laws.

Case in point, the chairman's altercation with Kevin Owens during a September 2017 episode of SmackDown, which resulted in KO planting his nut right on Vince's forehead. The resulting blow saw claret spew from the WWE honcho's swede, creating the impression that Owens must have smacked the 71 year old with frightening force to produce blood in an era when, ironically, blading is strictly forbidden for being too barbaric.

Stories emerged that, although McMahon had busted hardway, it was via a pre-bladed nick on brow. It was a mighty clever way to circumvent his own rule, but one that could result in a hefty fine if any of his charges attempt it. Just ask Batista.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
