10 Least Anticipated WWE Returns

7. Haku

Haku, known as King Tonga, became one of the bigger stars in WWE in the mid 1980s after announcing himself in a big, big way. He body slammed Big John Studd when Studd's manager, Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan, was offering $15,000 to anyone who could do so. He would go on to have a very decent six year run in the company, which included a WWF Tag Team Championship reign with Andre The Giant no less, before departing for Japan and then a very impactful stint in WCW. To everyone's amazement, Haku debuted in WWE exactly one week after winning the WCW Hardcore Championship at Sin as a surprise entrant in the 2001 Royal Rumble. After the Rumble, he formed a tag team with Rikishi, but the team did not last long due to an injury to Kish. Due to the fact no one could give a hoot about him and the fact he was neglected from any compelling story lines, Haku was allowed to perform on the independent circuit (an unprecedented move by WWE who normally keep their under contract wrestlers exclusive to them) before being released from his WWE contract in 2002. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOUpwSQtRmw
