10 Least Intimidating WWE Monsters Ever

9. Heidenreich

Michael Cole will probably disagree with this.

His gimmick was that of a psychopath under the control of Paul Heyman, who would run in and interrupt matches on a whim reciting hateful poetry all the while. It is that last point that pretty much cancels out any potential fear factor Heidenreich may have had. Don't get me wrong, poetry can be terrifying, but the big man's delivery and presentation left a lot to be desired.

He may have been far more intimidating if his first on-screen WWE character had played out better. He was controlled by a never-seen entity called 'Little Johnny', who would eventually have been revealed as Heidenreich's inner child that was angry at being born in a charity hospital. That certainly had intimidating potential, but it was never resolved.

Michael Cole probably wishes it was.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
