7. Protecting From Injuries

One of the things impacting WWE's build, and undermining WrestleMania 32, was the number of injuries to big name stars. It is partly bad luck, but there are things WWE could be doing to better protect their talent.

Weight training is one area that they may want to look at. The unusual number of shoulder injuries, particularly with John Cena and Cesaro, could have been caused by their preference for heavy style lifting.

The gruelling nature of the WWE schedule could also be something for Vince McMahon to consider. Injuries were happening with alarming regularity in the past year, and the company may need to consider measures to ensure the physical demands of the business doesn't come back to bite them again at times like 'Mania.
