10 Life Lessons From The Rock Every Man Must Follow

9. "Just Bring It, B**ch" - Learn To Love A Good Challenge

600x300---The_Rock_vs_John_Cena Far from running away from his problems, The Rock actively looks forward to the challenges his life throws at him. Take for example in 2012 when Rock had John Cena attempting to outshine him in promo segments. The Rock was not fazed. He got in Cena's face and boldly asked him to "Just bring it". In life you will face multiple challenging times. You have to learn to embrace these times rather than fear them. It is a chance for you to shine. Whenever Rock was put in front of a guy who wanted to take his spot, Rock would be excited to prove himself. It is the same in Hollywood, Rock doesn't think about the craziness of his shooting schedule, he embraces it as a chance to achieve as much as possible. Anybody who follows Rock on Twitter will know that Rock's working days often start before 4am and finish well after 10pm. You must embrace the challenge when pushing to be the best. So that means going into work and hoping your boss gives you an extra work load or a high target to hit. As soon as you stop fearing these situations you will find that you enjoy your work a lot more.
