10 Life-Saving Wrestling Moments

3. Ivelisse Is Professional When It Counts

Ivelisse is generally known as a sh*t disturber and a narcissist.

AEW, and you can feel this just by watching the vlogs - in addition to reading various glowing reports - is a company with very high morale. In particular, various women have put the coaching staff all the way over. Dustin Rhodes and Jerry Lynn are considered the nicest, most committed and encouraging chaps, and yet Ivelisse - who has suffered just rotten luck literally everywhere she's worked! - has alleged a toxic culture at the core of the company.

Ivelisse, who infamously slumped to the mat and sold a hold like she'd just missed two buses in a Dynamite match against Thunder Rosa last year, is also known for not being the most cooperative of workers. If things don't go to her liking, she will simply yawn at the prospect of doing her job on live national television. A talented and believable performer when motivated, her persecution complex has all but bounced her out of the industry.

But, in a moment that legitimately acts as evidence that man is inherently good, her instincts kicked in as Mascarita Sagrada misjudged the trajectory of his dive at a Lucha Underground taping.

Ivelisse, to the delight of Jean-Jacques Rosseau, caught his waist as his head came perilously close to spiking the concrete floor, and dragged him away from danger with a motion not unlike a gentle piledriver. She proved herself an empathetic human being in a profound moment of instinct.

A pro wrestler answered life's most complex question...

...on a show that held all of its talents to ransom with its bullsh*t contracts.

OK. Your writer's mistake.

Life is sh*t and everybody sucks.
