2. Nailz's SummerSlam Payoff

SummerSlam 1992 resulted in one of the strangest incidents in WWF history, Kevin 'Nailz' Wacholz attacking Vince McMahon. Nailz was unhappy at what he perceived as an insulting payoff for the wembley SummerSlam. Rather than take this up with management like any sane person, he went straight to the boss himself. Vince refused to budge on the money, leading to Nailz getting angry and jumping across the table at McMahon. The deranged wrestler then started to choke the chairman out, until WWF road agents ran in and broke the scrap up. Nailz's reported 'low' payoff was $8,000. It wasn't as if he'd had a big role at that year's SummerSlam, he only wrestled a 4 minute match against Virgil.
