10 Live Observations From Attending The Raw After WrestleMania 32

2. The Crowd Was Weak

The Raw after WrestleMania is famous for a raucous crowd, but at this point, the whole "fans hijacking the show" gimmick has well and truly jumped the shark.

It's one thing for a paying crowd to respond to a boring Raw with chants for other wrestlers or to voice their displeasure with the company's hand-picked champion, but the fans in attendance on Monday only wanted to get themselves over without giving the show a chance.

They started the wave in the very first match (only stopping when Xavier Woods warned them that lifting their hands meant they liked Sheamus) and chose to chant for a beach ball over supposed Internet favorite Dolph Ziggler.

When the fans couldn't think of something obnoxious to chant, they simply kept quiet. Shouting the names of underpushed wrestlers like Ziggler or Dean Ambrose could have given the show a cool, anti-authority atmosphere, but instead, the audience participation was just annoying.
