Road Dogg was one of the most popular stars of the Attitude Era, but following a quick defeat in tandem with X-Pac against the team of Rikishi and Kane at WrestleMania 2000, there would be fourteen years before he would return to lose a quick, thrown-together tag match at WrestleMania XXX. Here he would team with the now Corporate Kane and Billy Gunn to put over The Shield in a quick squash.

DDP first appeared at WrestleMania by virtue of owning a pink Cadillac, driving Rhythm & Blues to the ring at 'Mania VI. He wouldn't make it into a match until WrestleMania X8 twelve years later, where as European Champion he pinned Christian. It would be another fourteen years before he got another 'Mania shot, participating in WrestleMania 32's Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, giving him three WrestleMania appearances spread out over twenty-six years.

With Nikolai Volkoff, The Iron Sheik beat his arch-nemesis B. Brian Blair and Jim Brunzell at WrestleMania III. Despite making a managerial appearance at WrestleMania 13, he didn't pull on the pointed boots again until winning the X-Seven Gimmick Battle Royal, due to the fact that he wasn't physically capable of taking the bump over the top rope to be eliminated.
