10 Longest Reigning WCW Television Champions

10. Scott Steiner - 75 Days

Is he the greatest promo in the history of the game? Well, not really, but Scott Steiner is entertaining to say the least. He is also one of the most decorated names in World Championship Wrestling history, winning every bit of gold available to him. Scotty was a two-time Television Champion. His first run came to an end when he was stripped of the title due to him and brother Rick leaving for the WWF, but his second lasted just a little longer. 75 days after winning the belt from Konnan, he would lose it to another WCW legend, Booker T, at the Uncensored event in 1999. Who would beat Booker for the belt? Why, Scott's brother Rick of course.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
